Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche Fall 2023 Retreat
We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended our first retreat in our new White Jewel Mountain facility last fall.
Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche taught on the Experiential Teachings of Adzom Drukpa Rinpoche, and led us in a two-day Dorje Trolo Offering. The turnout and commitment to Buddhism of our attendees resulted in a wonderfully successful and harmonious event.

The retreat will provide beginners and experienced practitioners an opportunity to practice as a group. Practicing in a group has a synergy that often leads to a more powerful meditation experience than practicing alone.
Robin has been practicing Buddhism since 1986 and has been a senior teacher at Tara Mandala for years. She moved to Crestone and is now White Jewel Mountain’s resident Buddhist teacher. She has studied under many renowned Buddhist masters including the Dalia Lama, B. Alan Wallace, Tulku Sang-nang Rinpoche, and Namkai Norbu Rinpoche among others. We are very happy to have Robin at White Jewel Mountain. She will also teach weekend retreats on the Bardos and Understanding the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities later this year.

Monthly Dorje Trolo Practice and Tsog
Ani Tsultrim continues to lead an online and in-person Dorje Trolo Practice and Tsog once a month on a Saturday at 11 am Mountain Time.
Adzom Paylo Rinpoche and Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche have both said Dorje Trolo is the best practice we can do during these extreme and turbulent times. The Dorje Trolo tsog carries immense blessings. The Crestone Dream Group has recently formed again since its hiatus in 2018. This offering involves working with dreams in a group setting and is based on the Montague Ullman School of Dreamwork. Beginning April 20th, at White Jewel Mountain
All are invited to participate in this ancient and powerful Tibetan practice for healing our environment; removing all obstacles to our own health, happiness and spiritual progress; accruing merit; and paying karmic debts. The ceremony will be followed by a potluck and Open House Tour of our grounds. Offerings of food and beverage are encouraged but not required.

In 2023 we refined pathways among the outbuildings, renovated our 20-foot yurt, as well as the tiny house that we are now calling The Tree House.
Per Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche’s request, Ani Tsultrim Lhamo will take up residency on our property at the end of April to help facilitate more Dharma activities. She will live in a renovated Airstream while we raise money for a retreat cabin for her.
We continue to make property improvements and have many plans in the works, including building a small stupa which will send out unceasing blessings to all those in Crestone and the San Luis Valley.

White Jewel Mountain is pleased to announce our affiliation with Joyful Journey Hot Springs Spa & Retreat Center. Trips to their healing waters and massage facilities can be curated through White Jewel Mountain by request.
We will continue to offer mid-week courses as the space is available. Suggested donations vary per course.
Kara Voss’s Hatha Yoga has moved to Tuesdays, 5:30pm - 7:00pm.
